Grand Canyon Ecology Trek

Each year seventh grade students from our District’s two middle schools will have the opportunity to take a science and cultural excursion to the Grand Canyon.
Mandatory Practice Hike: Saturday, March 1st from 8:00-11:30 AM. Students will meet at the Kennedy gym and hike up to Cañada College and back to Kennedy.
Mandatory Parent and Student Meeting: Tuesday, March 4th at 6:30 PM in the Kennedy gym
This year it is from May 14 to 23, 2025.

This will marked the 43th year, we have taken 7th grade students on a 10-day Science Exploratory trip to the Grand Canyon. They are chosen based on academics, behavior and physical fitness.
